Banana Smoothie Recipe – Bananas are an excellent source of nutrient and can be introduced to babies as early as 7 months. They are said to contain almost all important nutrients needed by the body for survival.

Simple Step by Step Banana Smoothie Recipe for Babies: –

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 1 cup of Baby Milk or Formula Milk

Recipe for Homemade Banana Smoothie for Baby:

  1. Peel off a ripe banana and cut it into small pieces. Place the cut bananas in a glass and blend it good using a fork.
  2. Once done, add a cup of baby milk or formula milk and mix again.
  3. Based on the consistency you want, add water or more milk to this.
