Homemade Food Recipe for 1 Year old Baby: Fruit Yogurt

Fruit Yogurt Recipe – Yogurt or curd contains a good amount of calcium and is considered better than milk. It is a rich source of protein and is proven to place very important in brain development. Yogurt can be served plain or mixed with fruits to form a tasty desert.

Simple Step by Step Fruit Yogurt Recipe for Babies: –

 

Ingredients:

  • Fruits (apple, mango, strawberries, grapes)
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt

Recipe for Homemade Fruit Yogurt for Baby:

  1. Peel all fruits and put them in a blender and blend them until they get pureed.
  2. Now add yogurt to it and blend again so that they mix well.
  3. You can add a little bit of honey if needed.
